upstairs loungewalking distance
The two-bedroom villa mountain view featured an upstairs lounge. It offered great views. Restaurants and a supermarket were within walking distance. Parking was directly outside the villa.
The shower screen had small gaps. This allowed water to leak into the toilet area.

the friendly staff provided really good service . anesha assisted with upgrading my room, and i received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. the reception staff offered good local restaurant recommendations since the hotel restaurant was fully booked (the restaurant was busy). the location is central and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.
the heater made some noise in the room i stayed in. parking was a challenge because there seemed to be fewer spaces than rooms. the parking lot felt a bit disorganized and not well marked.

the staff members offered prompt assistance and were always available. they provided directions, helped with luggage, and answered inquiries efficiently. i especially appreciated the quick response to my requests (very friendly people).

we stayed in a two-bedroom villa mountain view. kitchen facilities provided excellent convenience, the living and dining area offered generous space, and the tv had a wide array of channels available. check-in and check-out were both quick, simple and stress-free. the resort's location made exploring the area so convenient!!!
The outdoor lighting around our section was poor. Many lights weren't working.
